Large Employer Participant Agreement for the Atlantic Alliance

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Large Employer Participant Association of the Atlantic Alliance. As noted in our materials, becoming a member is easy. Simply review the Alliance Physician Compact and other materials related to the Atlantic Alliance, agree to the basic tenets to which we will hold our member physicians, and agree to have at least 1 physician leader in your corporate health team sit on the Strategy and Policy Council.

Physician Compact Requirements for Members of the Atlantic Alliance

As a member of the Large Employer Participant Association in the Atlantic Alliance, we have reviewed the Alliance Physician Compact provided and agree to to its requirements including the following:

  • Adoption and adherence to physician-developed standards to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Agreement to be measured and share information to facilitate measurement.
  • Agreement to collaborate with Atlantic Alliance participants to improve performance.
  • Agreement to promote, refer to, and communicate with Atlantic Alliance participants appropriately and effectively.
  • Agreement to adopt technology offered and/or recommended by the Atlantic Alliance, including high-speed internet access, E-prescribing, an electronic medical record, disease registry and data exchange tools.

 

Attestation: As a member of the Large Employer Participant Association of the Atlantic Alliance, we agree to serve on the Strategy and Policy Council of the Alliance
